Delete your account
Using this preview website does not create an account. If you already have a QalQuest test account, use the options below.
In the app
- Open QalQuest and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings → Delete my account.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
If you can’t sign in
Email support@qalquest.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject QalQuest account deletion request. We will verify account ownership before processing the request. Never send your password.
What happens next
Deletion removes the sign-in account and its learning progress from active account storage. A limited deletion record remains to prevent old devices or restored backups from reintroducing deleted data. Backup copies expire according to the app’s retention policy.
Other devices and your personal device backups can still contain local data. Remove saved accounts on those devices as well. Deleting an account does not itself cancel a store subscription; any subscription must be managed through the store where it was purchased.
